Rooted in Faith, Ready to Serve
Mark’s life is anchored in Scripture. After accepting Christ as a teenager, he pursued mentorship and deep theological study leading to a 35-year teaching ministry. He and his wife Charlene have helped plant multiple churches, where Mark served as elder, teacher, and mentor to hundreds of families.
His faith is not separate from his civic views, it informs them.
Public Offices Held:
Serving as Precinct Captain for the Warren County Republican Central Committee since 2005, with over 20 years of continuous grassroots involvement.


He believes:
God ordained civil government to establish and maintain Liberty and Justice for ALL.
The Declaration of Independence is our national covenant, where they followed the biblical template for starting a nation.
Christians are called to engage in civic life in the communities where they live.


What He’ll Bring to City Council

Infrastructure and Logistics Planning
At P&G, Mark led multi-million dollar infrastructure efforts including a complex production and logics systems expansion involving logistics, warehousing, and automation.
His experience directly applies to Mason’s needs in traffic flow, road planning, and public works.

Fiscal Discipline and Accountability
He managed multiple capital projects and led company-wide cost optimization efforts. Mark understands how to manage budgets, reduce waste, and deliver measurable results.
Strategic Growth and Community Development
Mark helped drive innovation and improvement across global teams. He’ll help Mason grow responsibly while preserving the values that make it a great place to live, raise a family, and run a business.

He also hosts Liberty Talk, a podcast exploring biblical principles, American history, and current events.

As a member of City Council, Mark will work to:
Keep Mason safe and growing.
Maintain and expand Parklands.
Keep taxes low and ensure fiscal efficency.
Tackle downtown traffic congestion.
Invest wisely in infrastrucure and public services.
Foster civic pride, patriotism, and public engagement.
Champion small business and job creation.
Preserve family values and local traditions.
Encourage churches and faith-based groups to be part of the solution.
